Physical Activities & Brain Development
Physical activity for kids is crucial for brain development and overall health. In our society today most children have settled into a sedentary lifestyle which can lead to unhealthy habits, social isolation, mental health concerns or physical health issues.
We have developed our facility with that in mind where children are engaged in open play exploring on their own or participating in a instructor led class or program. Ensuring children are able to obtain more than the recommended 60 mins per day to improve their physical health, mood regulation, cognitive skills, and improved physical health is our goal.
